Production Manager [Automotive Accessories]

• Reporting to: Managing Director
• Team size: Up to 50 people
• Working days: 5.5days
• Based in Selangor

the role

• Responsible for budgeting and controlling annual expenses for the department.
• Responsible for ensuring internal customer satisfaction and enhancing service awareness.
• Investigate, analyze, and improve upon customer complaints.
• Based on the annual overall goals of the group, develop the company's annual work plan and gradually implement it.
• Develop and improve various operational management processes for the company's production.
• Handle personnel management tasks within the department, including transfers, performance evaluations, promotions, salary adjustments, and dismissals.
• Manage daily departmental affairs and coordinate communication with other departments.
• Mediate conflicts among department personnel.
• Responsible for the preparation, training, and implementation of the company's quality management system documents.
• Ensure product quality and improve the first-pass yield rate.
• Oversee the overall production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address and resolve issues that affect order delivery dates and ensure their resolution.
• Compile and approve part of the company's production management documentation.
• Confirm and track the management of materials required for production.
• Provide feedback and handle abnormal issues in the production process, proposing preventive measures.

the experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing engineering or any relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Candidates from Automotive Accesseories Manufacturing Industry, Bag/Backpack Manufacturing Industry, Apparel Industry, Furniture Manufacturing, Glove Manufacturing are preferred.
